I excitingly ordered this product but when my shipment came I did not receive it.  Another type of see was substituted with no warning to me.  There was notification that the GQ was out of stock- not happy with how business was done- can’t even find info on the 100lbs of substitute that was sent. I will not order again if I don’t know what I’m getting.

2 of 5 Sent wrong item February 18, 2020
Reviewer: Wilbert Major from Union Springs AL
We where sent the clubhouse and not the Champion Perennial Rye. I was told it was not in stock and they should have called. They could send me a return label. Great if you have a printer and the ups was not 1 hour away to return a 50lb bag..  What choice but to except a refund between the price of the wrong item. First time ordering and the last!

I appreicated  SR contacting me to let me know that my choice of perennial rye was no longer available, and that they recommended another perennial rye.  They took the time to phone me and discuss my lawn problem and recommended a perennial rye for my lawn.
