Shipping was the issue. It was wrapped in large envelope, but there was absolutely no packing. Top was damaged because there was no padding! Everything packed in very tight.

Good Price, Container Damaged

The container had black electrical tape wrapped around it and there was Dithane dust on the packaging popcorn. After removing the tape, which tore off part of the packaging label there was a crack down the whole side behind where the label was. I was able to transfer the Dithane to an older container that I still had and managed not to lose very much. It almost looked like the container was damaged when it was shipped due to the presence of the tape. Very strange that it would have been shipped in this condition.
