I ordered this product 10 days ago; received an email that a label was created, and also said order canceled. Following day I get another shipment email, eight days later, tracking for it still says, “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.†I’ve made multiple phone calls to find out the status of this order, and not one has been answered. I emailed support about the order, now more than 24-hours ago, with no response. This company is unresponsive, and unreliable to order as a professional applicator. Product has not come timely, but worse is that I can’t even get information about it to know when to plan for its use. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
