Ordered a product and paid for 3 day ship. 4 days later, hadn't shipped so I call vendor. I was told the product i ordered was out of stock and they asked if they could replace with similar product, I told them it wasn't a problem. Then I asked to change the shipping address which I was also told wasn't a problem but whe. I called 4 days later to still no product or shipping confirmation I called back to cancel the order and I was told the product was arriving at the original shipping address that day. They did say they would refund the extra shipping costs but I haven't checked my statement yet..... I will never use them again.

Communication regarding shipping is lacking. I ordered a week ago and have no shipping record to determine expected delivery date.

Took forever to delivery

This review is on Seed Ranch. I have not used the product yet, but the day after I placed my order, I received an email saying the order had been shipped. I called a week later and left a message asking when my item would arrive. I did NOT get a call back. TEN days after it was "shipped", it arrived. Poor customer service.
