Not my first order from Seed Ranch, I would not have repeated my business if my purchases had not been positive experiences. Great products at reasonable prices and always super quick shipping.

Let me start by saying that I am one of the most understanding people you'll ever meet. I realize problems arise and human error happens.

Having said that, I just had over 2 weeks of my time wasted which would not have happened without poor planning and forethought.

I placed an order for Microclover. I received an email stating my order had been "shipped" along with a tracking number for the item. After 12 days, I gave the seed ranch a call. I was greeted by a representative who was CLEARLY in a bad mood. Being my normal self I made sure I was very cheery in hopes I could improve her day. Once I gave her my order number she informed me in an unapologetic tone that they had run out of that seed and couldn't fill my order.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You sent me an email telling me it was on the way. I don't mind if you run out, but give me the information so I can make a purchase elsewhere. I will NEVER recommend these people.

Ordered 4/7. Got email said it shipped, tracking just shows label created since 4/9. Been waiting nearly week for a response from their support email.
