We purchased the small packets of Sedgehammer to mix each one in 1 gallon of water to apply. It works great without damaging the lawn (fescue). This is the third year of knocking back the nutsedge that had inundated the front b/c the previous owner never controlled it. We have very little popping up this year. Just know, it is slow to work but does the job killing the entire plant down in the dirt to the "nut" and all of the little roots that are attached. Follow the directions and you will be pleased with the results.
