Tracking email correct number/ customer service

I was not happy with the shipment of this order. A label was created and made twice then canceled on both my emails that was sent to me. I was unable to track my order . I had to call seed Ranch to obtain the correct tracking number. When I placed the call to seed ranch it took several minutes to reach a live person I hope in the future seed ranch does a better job with a correct label and tracking number and that you can reach a live person faster than what I experienced

I haven't received my seed yet. There seemed a problem with the shipping. I would like to withhold my review til then. The people at Seed Ranch were very accommodating and so for I would recommend Seed Ranch to supply products.
