No drama. I placed the order. The e-mail follow-ups were just the right amount to keep me informed w/o overload. The inner and outer packaging was appropriate for keeping the product safe and dry. And even during Christmas the package came in ahead of schedule.

I am amazed the pkg didn't tear open as the postal person stuffed it through the slot of my locked mailbox! I would have preferred it delivered to my door. But all is well that ends well.

I'm yet to get my order and I don't know what is happening first they said it shipped but then customer service tells me they never sent it and they were waiting for a shipment but they gave me a tracking number ? To what? So idk what's going on but I think this place is a scam never ordering from here again if I could give zero stars I would

I received this review form 8 days after I placed the order. I checked the tracking label and it shows you haven't even created the shipping label yet.
