Awesome product. I have been buying this product for years to overseed my yearly fescue lawn renovation, and every year it never disappoints. It delivers every year in making my yard the envy of the entire city. Awesome drought tolerance and disease resistance. Thank you, guys.

Tracking email correct number/ customer service	August 17, 2024

I was not happy with the shipment of this order. A label was created and made twice then canceled on both my emails that was sent to me. I was unable to track my order . I had to call seed Ranch to obtain the correct tracking number. When I placed the call to seed ranch it took several minutes to reach a live person I hope in the future seed ranch does a better job with a correct label and tracking number and that you can reach a live person faster than what I experienced

I haven't received my seed yet. There seemed a problem with the shipping. I would like to withhold my review til then. The people at Seed Ranch were very accommodating and so for I would recommend Seed Ranch to supply products.

In my order status it states that my order has been shipped , but when you try to track these shipment it states that the label has been created, but has not been shipped. It has been a week since the order was placed and still has not been shipped. When I call no one answers.

Horrible Communication	May 13, 2020

One day following my purchase, my credit card was charged and a shipping notification was issued. Weeks later, I called, emailed, and facebook messaged to get a status. NEVER did they respond. Who runs a business this way? I hope the seed is worth it!
