Arrived double-bagged with the plastic bag inside a Tyvek mailer inside a plastic-coated USPS Priority mailer; no leaks. Thanks Seed Ranch!
Product looks good; used it in my toilet to prevent root intrusion in my septic tank and drain field. Used in PVC pipes in my kitchen drain; line is near a Pin Oak. (Regularly use a biological drain cleaner, but a drain snake stopped, indicating a potential root intrusion.)
In the sink, a bit of dust rose. Had to step away not to inhale powder and open windows after I poured water in the drain.
Lord willing, the CuSO4 powder works as intended, - clear the possible root intrusion in the kitchen drain and prevent any such buildup in septic tank and drain field. Will likely use 1/2 cup in toilet, 1/4 cup in kitchen drain monthly early Spring through Fall.

I received the 5lb copper sulfate pretty quick. But it was sent in a USPS envelope, and the package came open in transit and spilled into the envelope. I had to be very careful opening it-and still managed to get it on me and my clothes.
SHIPPING IN A CARDBOARD BOX IS NECESSARY!
And no instructions came with the shipment.as how to apply. So had to go to the web to find out.

This item was exactly what I was looking for in a size that I wanted. I live in Canada but I was able to pick it up in a border city quite easily. Copper Sulphate is nearly impossible to source in Canada for a reasonable price, so I am very happy and will be returning to "Seed Ranch" in the future.
