Order confirmation stated that order shipped on 3/13/2018. Information was incorrect as order did not ship until 3/16/2018. Paid for 2nd day delivery but that didn't happen because you held the order.

Plugs arrived, plugs have been planted, and with proper watering I can't imagine they'll do anything other than grow. The trays are shipped one on top of the other (I ordered 2 -- thanks for the discount!) so of course the bottom tray appears a bit smushed. It's nothing a few days in the ground and little love won't fix.

When I opened the package, the plugs on the tray on top were green and looked healthy, those in the tray underneath were yellow. I planted and watered plugs from both trays according to instructions within hours of their arrival, and have watered them three times daily since. Today, the plugs from the top tray look good, the plugs from the bottom tray look like they are dying.

We'll see how they take. We are in the process of babying them to do so. Brown around the edges, good bit of brown in the middle. We'll see.
