I was worried about ordering plugs from out-of-state, but there were none available locally so late in season. No need to worry! Plugs arrived in a few days and in great shape. Came out of the box still a nice green and moist. Really good quality.
Nice people, too. Helped me with questions.

Delivery miscommunication	May 3, 2017

I inquired about the delivery of my St. Augustine plugs and was given bad information. I placed my order early Monday afternoon. I called the office to see if I could get the order expedited and was told that I should be able to receive the order by that Friday. WRONG! I got the order the following Tuesday. I had people lined up to install the plugs that Saturday. Not happy about that. Also, one of the trays of plugs looks to be on the brown side. Will be contacting customer support about this.

We ended up ordering 6 tray of plugs. All trays arrived within one day of shipping and were in excellent condition. Roots were still damp. Very pleased and highly recommend.
