Because that's what I'm doing. Received a request to review a product that I haven't received. Payed extra for fast shipping and while it lists as being shipped last werk tracking only says a label was created. No response to requests either.

I placed an order and it said it had shipped within 3 days of purchase. Eight days since it shipped and I still havent received my order. Tried to call customer service and cant get through to anyone. Tracking history for package only shows that the label was created. Been disappointed with this process, hopefully it gets resolved.

I can't rate a product I haven't received yet.
The tracking number tells me the product has not been shipped.
I called on Monday May 11, and was told it will be sent that day.
It still has not been shipped.
