I ordered 2 bottles of Tenacity and was charged accordingly for both. I only received one bottle. I called the next day, the girl assured me they would send the other one out to correct their mistake. I received it several days later as she promised. Nice to see a company own up to an honest error and correct it immediately without going around and around. I will order again next time.

USPS tracking was confusing. It was always showing that usps received preshipment label. Never showed the actual progress.
