When things go according to plan, it is easy to give a business a positive review. The question is how does a business resolve unexpected circumstances. My thanks to Jake and Tina for quickly and satisfactorily resolving an unexpected issue which arose when trying to track my order. Their first concern was customer satisfaction and convenience. The issue happened on the heels of the oil pipeline hack, so who knows how shipping from Florida to California was impacted. I would recommend this company, based on ease of communication and customer service. As for the product I've ordered, I have only just used it, so it is too soon to comment on results. The instructions were clear and the product was easy to use/apply.

Using to control Asian Ash Borer

This is my fourth season using Safari 20SG to control the ash borer. My results are easily measured, treated ash trees still have a full canopy, untreated are struggling and dying. I believe Safari is the difference and will continue to use it annually.
