I'm sure the product is good but shipping was delayed and when received it was an incorrect product. Eventually got hold of the staff and they clarified that it's a busy season for them, they are behind on shipping, and must have accidentally provided a wrong product. The head of Customer Service was SUPER NICE as she re-shipped the correct product plus provided a partial refund for duties that I would have to pay again. Just this honest gesture alone resulted in a lifetime customer. I certainly would shop here again and have spread a word of their brand to all my friends, family and businesses that I know.
